Shipping & Delivery
In-stock items ship from Cambridge, MA within 2-4 business days of your order. Since SloanGear is run by students, shipping times may be longer during extended school breaks, but we will provide sufficient notice on the website. We use United States Postal Service for US shipments. We may ship internationally; if you are interested, please contact us at sales@sloangear.com. TUMI Luggage and Diploma Frames are shipped by Tumi. They normally deliver within 10-12 days.

Non-Personal Information

When you browse through our site we collect: (1) basic information about your computer and connection to make sure that we are providing you with the best possible shopping environment and to ensure your security during transactions; (2) aggregate details about pages consumers visit, providing us with information to improve our site and product offerings; and (3) your use of searches for specific product offerings. You are not required to register in order to view our site, and none of the information described above can be used to personally identify you.

Personal Information

If you choose to purchase an item, we will ask you for the following information: (1) your name and address so that we can have your purchase delivered to you and so we can contact you with purchase-related questions; (2) your email address so we can contact you and provide you with new product announcements and specials (if you indicate a desire to receive these communications; (3) a username and password used to manage your account and check the status of orders; (4) financial information to complete your purchase; and (5) other optional demographic information allowing us to tailor future services to your needs.

We will give you the option to choose to receive email from SloanGear. You can choose to stop participating at any time simply by changing your preferences.

Cookies

SloanGear uses cookies only to see if you have been a SloanGear customer in the past and, if so, allow you to store shopping cart information for a limited period of time. We do not store any personal data in the cookie nor do we share or sell any of the information with non-affiliated parties.
Returns & Replacements
You may return an unused or unwashed product for either a refund or an exchange. Items purchased via SloanGroupies are typically not accepted as returns; we handle these on a case-by-case basis. For Groupies, we only order the sizes, colors and specifications that you indicate, so if it's difficult for us to resell the item, we reserve the right to not accept the return. Put simply, the more customized the product is, the less likely we can accept it. Please contact us at sales@sloangear.com if have questions. If you choose a refund, a credit will be issued to your credit card, less shipping costs originally incurred, and should appear on your billing statement in a timey manner.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Customers may pay online with credit card. All credit card transactions are handled securely by PayPal (you do not have to be a PayPal user). Therefore, we do not store your credit card information on our servers. We want you to feel absolutely comfortable paying for your SloanGear, so we are flexible. If you are local and would like to pay with cash, check or credit card in person, please let us know at sales at sloangear dot com.
Viewing Orders
After placing an order, you will get an email notification with order details. You may also log in to sloangear.com, if you created an account during checkout.
